Alv Lytle was sentenced to 12-15 years in the Nebraska State Prison for bank robbery in Kearney County, Nebraska. Another man confessed to the crime and the state paid Lytle $2500 for false imprisonment. He served 2 yrs and 7 days for a crime he did not commit.
