Died July 29, 2003, of injuries suffered in a vehicle accident in Bosnia.

 


Master Sergeant Linda Tarango-Griess of Omaha
Died July 11, 2004, when an IED exploded near her convoy in Samarra, Iraq.

 


Staff Sergeant Jeremy Fischer of Lincoln
Died July 11, 2004, when an IED exploded near his convoy in Samarra, Iraq.

 


Sergeant First Class Tricia Jameson of Sutton
Died July 14, 2005, when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded while she was responding to a casualty in Trebil, Iraq.

 


Sergeant Joshua Ford of Wayne
Died July 31, 2006, during combat operations in Numaniyah, Iraq.

 


Staff Sergeant Jeffrey Hansen of Cairo
Died August 27, 2006, of injuries suffered in a vehicle accident in Balad, Iraq.

 


Sergeant Germaine Debro of Omaha
Died September 4, 2006, when an IED exploded near his vehicle in Balad, Iraq.

 


Sergeant Randy J. Matheny of McCook
Died February 4, 2007, when an IED exploded near his vehicle in Baghdad, Iraq.




Sergeant Jacob Schmuecker of Norfolk
Died July 21, 2007, when an IED exploded near his vehicle in Balad, Iraq

 


Specialist William Bailey III of Bellevue
Died May 25, 2007, when an IED exploded near his vehicle near Tajji, Iraq
