SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This collection consists of approximately 400 items (on microfilm) arranged in two series: 1) Church Records, 1871-1926; and 2) Translation and Notes by Reverend Orville W. Matzke.

Series one (on microfilm) consists of records written for the most part in the German language: minutes of the business meetings, 1871-1928, a quarterly conference record of the West Point Mission, 1874-1912 and a mission book, 1877-1902.

Series two (on filmstrip reel# 18) consists of an English translation of the mission book and notes regarding the history of the church by Rev. O.W. Matzke.
