BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

The Tudor-style residence at 1735 S. 25th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, was built in 1922 according to plans drawn by Lincoln architect Jesse B. Miller. Originally built for Homer V. Martin, a building contractor and partner in Martin and Day Construction Company, the house was purchased in 1968 by Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Haller.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This collection, the Martin-Haller Residence, is arranged in one series: 1) Construction Plans, 1922. The collection consists of the floor plans and elevations for the Martin-Haller residence in Lincoln, Nebraska, drawn in 1922 by Jesse B. Miller, a Lincoln architect. The house is located at 1735 S. 25th Street, and the address given on the plans is an error. These plans were loaned for microfilming in August of 1975.
