NEBRASKA STATE CAPITOL BUILDING, Dot to Dot
Construction began in 1922 and finished in 1932. Its crowning touch is a giant nineteen foot bronze statue placed on top of the tower, 400 feet above the ground. The figure, "The Sower," scattering seed during planting, represents the rich agricultural tradition of Nebraska. You may take a free tour of the Nebraska State Capitol building year round.
