Archeological excavation tours in Nemaha County. Nebraska State Historical Society archeologists are excavating a Central Plains tradition Native American Site in Nemaha County north of Peru during May and June. An Open House for the public at the site will be held Sunday, June 3 from 1-5pm with a rain date of June 10.
