This Official Souvenir of the Nebraska Quarter Release Ceremony, a limited-edition commemorative set, was produced by the Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation for sale at the Nebraska Quarter Launch on April 7, 2006. Proceeds from the sales of these sets will go to support the educational programming of the Nebraska State Historical Society.
These attractive sets feature two uncirculated Nebraska quarters, one from the Denver Mint and one from the Philadelphia Mint. The coins are set against a striking photograph of Chimney Rock and are sealed in a special case to create a wonderful keepsake celebrating Nebraska's new state quarter.
