Since 4-H's beginnings
in Nebraska, parents, teachers, and other concerned citizens
have, with the cooperation of their local extension agents, assumed
responsibility for leading the work of local 4-H clubs.

County champion 4-H Club leaders who won leadership awards and
attended the annual 4-H conclave at the University of Nebraska
in Lincoln in May, 1931.
