Weird Nebraska Don't Wash That Dress, Recycle It! 


Why would anyone make a dress out of crepe paper? Was it a gag? Did they own stock in a paper company? We don't know the answer, but someone in the Frahm family of the Fort Calhoun area made this paper dress in the 1910s.
